About our reservation system and buying a puppy from Poochville.

~~We only sell to approved homes and families. We encourage serious inquiries to visit our home and meet our adults & 
puppies. It is important to match the right puppy to your family. Each of our terriers has different temperaments, likes and dislikes. These things, like color and conformation, are passed down from generation to generation. We want your puppy to fit into your home. Picks are usually not made until after the pups are 8 weeks old.

~~We offer limited puppies to families that are interested in showing these wonderful Rats. Prior arrangements must be made for these show puppies.
~~Our puppies come with a contract and a health guarantee.
~~Our puppies will be vaccinated with their first puppy shots and will have 3 sets of worming before they leave our home for yours.
~~Our puppies are born and grow in our home. They are handled from a young age and will be very social little Ratties by the time they arrive in your home.
~~We have extensive shipping experience. We ship out of Seattle, Washington's SeaTac Airport. We have shipped to every continents except Antarctica. We spend time with every pup preparing them for the experiences they will face during airline transportation. Write us for more details.
~~We do not sell puppies before they are born. We do take deposits. Please contact us for prices - a deposit of 50% down will reserve "Your Puppy".

John and I have had so much fun watching these little guys grow, it is with reluctance that we finally post their photos and offer them for sale. This litter has been completly "in the kitchen" raised. They have been underfoot as soon and they started to discover life out side the nest box, and a joy to wake up to the exuberance of life they have shown. With the nice weather finally upon us they are experiencing the big OUTSIDE for the first time this week. Each one is special to us and we are looking for "special" homes for them.

A note on tails and ears:
After watching our AHT pups grow into sound well balanced dogs, we questioned why we would want to remove an essential piece of these fine rat terrier pup bodys. It is amazing how, even as newly walking pups, they use the tail for balance. Our first litter of tailed rats turned out to be beautiful dogs, it will not be our last.
As far as the natural tail in the show ring... our standard is clear..... We are not concerned one bit.

- Carbon is the largest pup of the litter. His attitued is mid tempered
- Carbon'shas nice conformation a strong rear & nice chest.
- I love the solid saddle of color on his back.
- When I sleep in late, He is the first pup in the morning to come up on the side of the bed and ask to snuggle!
- DItto is the Queen of this litter. She is the dominate pup, all the other pups follow her lead. Spunky, at your heal, she looks you in the eye from way down on the ground.
- Ditto is the spitting image of her mother, Brei, with bright tan points and a white chest.
- She is a glossy bright black that shines in the sunlight.

- Yes, She is the runt. While never intending to produce this small of a AHT, occationally it happens. She is definatly a toy, and she knows it!
- This girl has more piss-n-vinigar in her than eather of her brothers.
- She is almost 2 pounds in these pictures.
